1. Definitions

• "Portal" refers to the LIZY Remarketing website and related services.
• "We / Us" refers to LIZY Belgium SRL, Place Eugène Flagey 18, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium (company number BE0747.501.103, RPM Bruxelles).
• "You / Buyer" refers to any professional user accessing the portal.
• "Vehicle" refers to any ex-lease vehicle listed on the portal.

2. Eligibility

The portal is exclusively for professional buyers, including licensed vehicle dealers, brokers, fleet operators, and other B2B purchasers. Individual consumers are not eligible to use this portal. We reserve the right to verify your professional status before approving account access.

3. Account Registration

To access the portal, you must register for a professional buyer account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle listings on the portal are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, all descriptions, images, and specifications are provided "as is" and may be subject to verification. We recommend independent inspection before purchase.

5. Bidding and Purchase

All bids and purchase offers placed through the portal are legally binding. Once a bid is accepted or a buy-now transaction is completed, the sale is considered final subject to the terms of the specific sale agreement. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and collection timelines will be specified at the time of sale.

6. Delivery and Collection

Vehicles may be collected from our designated hub or arranged for delivery across Europe. Delivery costs, timelines, and logistics arrangements will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Risk in the vehicle transfers in accordance with the sale agreement terms.

7. Vehicle Condition and Warranty

Vehicles are sold in their current condition as inspected or described. Any warranties are limited to those explicitly stated in the sale documentation. We recommend independent pre-purchase inspection. LIZY does not provide extended warranties unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the portal, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of LIZY Belgium SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIZY Belgium SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal or purchase of vehicles. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific vehicle giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the portal. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
